Villa - Casa Ursinhos

                              

This attractive villa is situated in a pleasant, quiet village a few minutes drive away from the charming coastal resort of Carvoeiro. Looking out onto peaceful views it is the perfect holiday location.  It offers a private quiet surround, with its own generously sized swimming pool.  There is a pool shower, sauna*, barbeque, outside dining area
and sunbathing terrace.  At the front of the villa there is an attractive mature garden which provides both colour and privacy.  To the side, a drive and car port offer ample off road parking.  The villa is conveniently situated only a short walk away from a small local supermarket and several simple local eateries. For those special evenings out a stroll to the edge of the village provides two fine restaurants serving international cuisine.  Our favourite has a beautiful terraced dining area providing panoramic views across the mountains.  Beautiful beaches, golf courses, aqua park, a tennis club and other good restaurants are but a 5 minute drive away.

INSIDE THE VILLA

           

The villa is well decorated and well furnished throughout and gives a good feeling of light and space.  The villa can accommodate 6-8 guests.  Two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom sleep up to 6.  A double sofa bed and a single folding bed are provided for additional guests.

There is one ensuite bathroom / wc and one shower room / wc.

The bright dining area leads to a spacious living room with a wood burning stove.   A beautiful marble staircase leads to the first floor bedroom.  Patio doors lead onto the pool terrace from the living room and also from the master bedroom.    For winter lets the villa, in addition to having a wood burning stove, has portable radiators. 

A well equipped fitted kitchen includes a microwave,  dishwasher, electric juicer, and coffee machine and of course there is an extensive range of pots, pans, cutlery, glasses and plates available to make this is a real home from home.
