The balcony looks out over landscaped gardens, a number of swimming pools and a jacuzzi for the exclusive use of condominium residents and guests. The resort facilities (including a championship golf course, spa, private beach club and restaurants) are available to guests with the added benefit of owner discounts.
Shops are a few minutes’ drive away, and restaurants within easy walking or driving distance. The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive and the Vila Sol beach club is 15 minutes away.
The apartment has a front terrace which benefits from the morning sun and a large balcony which enjoys the afternoon and evening sun. There is off-street parking directly in front of the apartment. Access to the gardens, pools and poolside bar/cafe is through locked gates to maintain security and privacy.
INSIDE THE APARTMENT
2 twin bedrooms and a double sofa-bed are available for guests. There is an en-suite bathroom and a shower room.
A well-equipped kitchen and utility room include a hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric juicer, coffee machine and iron.
There is a dining area in the spacious living room, which also boasts 2 sofas and a wood-burning stove. Patio doors lead from the living room and master bedroom onto the large south-west facing balcony. Two sunbeds, two lounging chairs and a dining table and chairs can be found on the balcony for the enjoyment of guests.
Guests are requested not to smoke inside the apartment. While the apartment is entered at ground level, the back of the apartment is elevated, so guests are reminded to be mindful when children are on the balcony.
